2. Click here to answer four short questions. This will help us get a better understanding of your current fitness level and experience.
3. Once you have created your TrainingPeaks account and answered the four questions, click here to assign Dr. Mike and Prudential as your training partners on TrainingPeaks.

The fact that you can rub shoulders with
the pros and ride a common route for at least 70% of the time makes the
LITE category extremely appealing.
