The Tough One

As there is no time bar on the FedGroup PEPLETT even a social mountain biker could complete the TOUGH One. However said that with daily distances of 90km and elevation averaging at 1800m per day it would not be fun to attempt the TOUGH One if you were not race ready.

What is Race Ready ? Typically someone who cycles 150km to 200km a week and one of those rides is in excess of 4 hours in the saddle.
